Individual Piano Lessons, 30 Minutes Weekly

The Individual Piano Lessons, 30 Minutes Weekly program is designed to gradually introduce children to the world of music and familiarize them with the basics of music theory, such as notes, scales, flats, sharps, and rhythmic patterns. The main goal of the program is for participants not only to acquire theoretical knowledge but also to apply it practically when playing the piano and electronic keyboards.

In addition to systematic learning of musical fundamentals, children also gradually begin to learn piano playing. The program takes into account their developmental stage, individual abilities, specific talents, and musical interests. Special emphasis is placed on a holistic approach, where classical methods of reading sheet music are complemented with improvisation and playing by ear. In this way, children develop musical creativity and expression on the instrument in a more relaxed and intuitive manner.

An Unconventional and Free Approach to Learning

The program encourages an unconventional and freer approach to learning, as music theory is introduced in parallel with playing the instrument. This way, students are actively engaged in the musical process from the very beginning, which boosts motivation, improves their understanding of music, and fosters the development of their own musical expression.

Benefits of Playing the Piano

Playing the piano has a positive impact on cognitive development, as it strengthens memory, improves concentration, and stimulates logical thinking. Children develop fine motor skills and coordination by learning to synchronize both hands and manage finger movements precisely. The piano allows for emotional expression and encourages creativity through improvisation and interpretation of musical pieces. Regular practice builds patience, persistence, and a sense of accomplishment, all of which contribute to higher self-confidence. Music also has a relaxing effect and helps with stress management. Moreover, children gain musical literacy as they are introduced to various genres, composers, and musical principles, laying a foundation for further musical engagement.
The course participant schedules the meeting with the instructor in September.
