Business English
Good general knowledge of a foreign language allows us to express ourselves confidently and appropriately and to understand others accurately. This is essential for establishing genuine relationships in everyday life, in the workplace and with customers. In order to achieve this level of mastery of a language, it is essential to develop all four key language skills: reading, listening, writing and speaking.
In the business world, good knowledge of a language is particularly valuable. Mastery of both general and specialised business vocabulary leads to greater success in the workplace. Our Business English course is an excellent opportunity to improve business communication in English. The course is adapted to the needs of individual groups and takes place in a friendly and motivational learning environment. Duration: 30 hours.
Confident communication in a foreign language
Through our courses, you will gain the skills you need to communicate confidently in a foreign language, something that is a key part of effective and genuine relationships in the workplace and in interactions with customers. Our courses focus on practising the communication skills that are necessary both for everyday communication and for business communication, and on reinforcing grammatical structures with examples from everyday language, which contributes to the effective and functional use of the language.
We adapt our language courses to each individual group and can incorporate preparation for international exams if participants wish.
Participants can then consolidate the additional knowledge gained in our year-long and shorter courses by taking international exams from Cambridge English, which are aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for foreign languages (levels A1 to C2).
We have been preparing students for English exams for more than two decades and are officially recognised as a preparation centre for Cambridge English exams. More than 2,500 of our students have passed exams at various levels, from Young Learners to C2 Proficiency.
In 2019 we went further by becoming an authorised exam centre for Cambridge English qualifications.
Pionirski dom has held accreditation from the Instituto Cervantes as an exam centre for the Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera (Diplomas of Spanish as a Foreign Language) (DELE A1–C2) since 2014.
