Participants in Printmaking for adults workshops will gradually develop their own artistic expression through learning about various printmaking techniques. The workshops offer an in-depth insight into the world of printmaking. The emphasis is on understanding the technical processes of printing and artistic composition and on exploring the artistic process from initial ideas to final implementation. The aim of the course is to encourage autonomous creation and enable participants to express their unique vision through printmaking.

As well as teaching the techniques of traditional printmaking (including technical precision, a deliberate process and rich artistic content), Printmaking for adults includes an experimental approach, giving participants the opportunity to explore the boundaries of traditional forms and enhance them with innovative approaches. This will enable different interpretations of the possibilities of expression through printmaking – from traditional prints to more complex artistic forms such as objects, animations and even installations.
