Cultural day for primary and secondary schools, dance

As part of Cultural Day at Pionirski dom, students become active participants, not just observers of the cultural programme.
The emphasis is on gaining experience, as we believe this is the only way to spark children’s interest and encourage greater and longer-lasting engagement with cultural and artistic content.

Children discover that, with a little imagination, a desire to learn, and some basic tools, they can create their own animated film or comic. Through art, they can express themselves in ways that reflect their deepest emotions. At Pionirski dom, this is exactly what we aim to offer – we want children to truly feel the art.

At Pionirski dom, we offer Cultural Days across a range of disciplines: • Visual arts: Clay relief modelling, Printmaking, Creating a mosaic composition

Cultural Day: Creative Movement and Contemporary Dance
This Cultural Day is based on creative movement, the fundamental starting point of contemporary dance. During the workshop, children will explore primal movement and develop their imagination, leading to the creation of a complete, original dance composition.

We will use a variety of movement materials and techniques that will allow children to express themselves freely, while developing body awareness, spatial perception, and connection with fellow participants.

This Cultural Day offers a child-friendly and accessible insight into the world of contemporary dance.
Children should wear comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for movement.

Prices for Cultural Day at Pionirski dom:
• 3 teaching hours: €9.50
• 4 teaching hours: €11.50 per child
