    Urša Strehar Benčina is a theatre teacher who bases her work on the principles of improvisational theatre. She first stepped on stage in elementary school and later participated in the School and Impro leagues, where she received several awards for group and individual achievements. She was educated by different local and international mentors in the field of improvisational theatre, clowning, vocal techniques, creative movement, youth work, and other aspects of theatre and group education. She is the coordinator of the Small Improv School (Mala Impro Šola) programme within the Improv Group, and she also takes on roles as a judge and moderator, for which she has received awards. At Pionirski dom, she runs theatre groups, focusing on addressing relevant topics that interest young people, creating a safe environment, encouraging their expression, and acquiring basic theatre knowledge. As a programme coordinator, she participates in various European projects, prepares applications, coordinates training for educators, and participates in cultural and artistic education events. She is also the coordinator of the Children's Jury programme at the Children's Festival of Theatre Dreams (Otroški festival gledaliških sanj) and the head of the Improvfest festival.
