Staša Prah, born in Maribor, is an artist with extensive experience in the field of theatre. After graduating from the Drama and Theatre High School in Nova Gorica, she continued her studies at the Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film, and Television in Ljubljana, where she graduated in dramaturgy. She dedicated 15 years to improvisational theatre, initially as an actress and improviser and later as a judge and moderator. She has been collaborating with Pionirski dom – Centre for Youth Culture for 15 years, where she acts as a jury member at the children's theatre festival Gledališke sanje (Theatre Dreams) and carries out workshops for mentors of children's theatre groups. She is also active as a theatre trainer in European projects such as Young Theatre, Young Theatre in Motion, and Poets of the Present – Voices of the Future.
As a dramaturge, she has collaborated on numerous productions, including drama, opera, and ballet works in various theatres in Slovenia and abroad. As an author of texts and as a dramaturge, she is also credited for the music-theatre performance Lepa Vida.
