Saša Lončar began her career in 1990 as the organiser and head of the Eureka Dance School in Ljubljana, where she worked until 1993. Between 1993 and 1995, she took on the role of coordinator and organiser at Studio Tango, where she started exploring the theatrical abilities of children. In 1996, she began collaborating with the Association of Cultural Organisations of Kranj, and during this period, she created many dance works that were presented at the "Hopla" meetings.

In 1999, she founded the Qulenium Cultural Society, where she serves as president, organiser, coordinator, mentor, choreographer, educator, artistic director, and producer. Since 2000, she has regularly participated in the contemporary dance competition Opus 1, where her projects consistently achieve excellent results.

Saša also created the project "Knock on Every Door", through which she introduces dance to a broader group of primary school students. Her work has been presented at numerous festivals in Slovenia and abroad. In 2004, she gained the status of choreographer and cultural pedagogue, and in 2008, she organised the first international festival of stage, street, and visual arts. For her lifelong work and achievements, she was awarded the Mete Vidmar plaque in 2009.
