Aleks Šmid
Aleks Šmid je z nemščino v stiku že od otroštva, saj je jezik spoznal zelo zgodaj in ga ta spremlja skozi vse življenje. Osnovno šolo je obiskoval v Zrečah, po selitvi pa nadaljeval šolanje na Osnovni šoli Loče. Sprva je želel svojo poklicno pot graditi v gostinstvu in turizmu, zato se je vpisal na Srednjo šolo za gostinstvo in turizem v Celju. Tam je načrtoval prihodnost, v kateri bi lahko nemščino uporabljal pri svojem delu. Kljub temu je ugotovil, da turizem ni zanj, zato se je odločil za študij germanistike, da bi raziskal, kako daleč ga lahko popelje njegova povezanost z nemškim jezikom. Danes, kot študent pedagoške nemščine na magistrski stopnji, nadgrajuje svoje jezikovne in pedagoške veščine z željo, da bi nemščino na razumljiv, dostopen in prijazen način približal mlajšim generacijam.
Aleks Šmid has been familiar with the German language since childhood. Having been introduced to it at an early age, it has remained a significant part of his life. He started his elementary education in Zreče and, after relocating, continued it in Loče. Initially, he wanted to build his career in catering and tourism, so he enrolled in the Secondary School of Catering and Tourism in Celje. There, he planned a future where he could use German in his work. However, he realised that tourism was not for him, so he decided to study German studies to explore how far his connection with the German language could take him. Today, as a student of the master's in German pedagogical studies, he is enhancing his language and teaching skills with the aim of making German understandable, accessible, and friendly to younger generations.
