Yogalates

Yogalates is a unique blend of yoga and Pilates, combining the best elements of both disciplines into a comprehensive exercise system. Yoga, with its millennia-long tradition, focuses on connecting the body, mind and spirit through breathing, movement and meditation. It offers numerous benefits, such as improved flexibility, increased physical strength, tension relief and the development of inner peace and emotional stability. Pilates, which is based on the principles of strengthening the body’s core, coordinated movement and improving posture, offers a precise and effective workout that strengthens muscles, enhances balance and helps prevent and alleviate back and joint pain.

Yogalates combines these two practices into a unique workout that simultaneously strengthens and relaxes the body. The focus is on exercises that strengthen the muscles, improve flexibility and increase endurance. This allows the body to become stronger, more flexible and better balanced. We place a particular emphasis on breathing. This is key element of both yoga and Pilates. Deep breaths supply the body with oxygen, while each time we breathe out we release tension and negative energy.
