The English learned at this level is practical and useful and provides a solid basis for further learning. Lessons combine a traditional approach with situational learning based on everyday communication through games, activities, music and modern technologies and also provide motivation for lifelong learning. It is very important to maintain learners’ motivation at a high level so that they will use English naturally and spontaneously in everyday communication. We also introduce learners to English children’s literature and other authors that represent a key part of the culture of English-speaking countries.
English language courses are an opportunity for learners to familiarise themselves with the internationally recognised Cambridge English Qualifications. The exams are suitable for children with a basic knowledge of English and are divided into three levels: Pre A1 Starters, A1 Movers and A2 Flyers. These exams are an enjoyable introduction to English language testing and can serve as a reward or incentive for children to keep learning English. The next exam in the Cambridge English Qualifications series is B1 Preliminary for Schools (formerly PET). You can read more about the exams HERE.
The courses are designed for different ages and levels, from complete beginners to learners with prior knowledge. The content of each course is adapted to the goals and wishes of the participants. We also offer individual lessons and lessons for groups of two and three. Learners take part in a range of exhibitions, projects and festivals and a final event. They can also get their Pionirski dom reading badge.
